About billing
Who pays, the farm or the farm owners?+
The farm company pays. Farm owners log in free. Your plan includes a number of farm owners, and each active farm owner above that costs a small monthly amount.
What counts as an active farm owner?+
A farm owner with a working login who holds acres. When a farm owner's login is switched off or removed, they stop counting.
Is there a setup fee?+
Some plans have a one-time setup fee that covers setting up your portal and, if you need it, moving your records over. It is shown on the plan.
Can I change plan later?+
Yes. As your farm grows you can move to a bigger plan, or add only what you need as an add-on.
Are the prices in naira?+
Yes. All prices are in naira, per month, unless an add-on says it is charged once.
