What this covers
This notice explains what information Risglow collects through this website and the portal, why, and your choices. It applies to visitors who send us a request, and to people who use a company's portal.
Information we collect
- When you ask for access: your name, email, phone, company or farm name, state, farm size, crops, number of farm owners and anything you write to us.
- When you use a portal: your name, email, role and sign-in activity, and the farm records your company enters, such as activities, photos, harvests, expenses and, for farm owners, holdings and statements.
- Photos: we re-encode uploaded photos and remove hidden data such as the location stored in the file.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and to set up and run a company's portal.
- To keep the service secure, for example by limiting repeated sign-in attempts and recording who did what.
- To improve the service. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Whose data it is
The records a company enters belong to that company. We keep each company's records apart from every other company's, and a person sees only what their role in that company allows. Farm owners see only their own holdings.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Signing in to a portal sets one secure cookie that keeps you signed in until it expires or you sign out.
How long we keep it
We keep a company's records while it uses the service and for a reasonable period afterwards so it can export them. Requests that do not lead to an account are deleted after a reasonable time.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to info@risglow.com. If you use a company's portal, that company decides what is recorded about its work, so some requests are best made to the company.
