Terms of use

Using Risglow
Risglow provides a management portal for farm companies. A company subscribes to a plan and sets up its own users. By using the portal you agree to these terms and to any agreement your company has with us.
Accounts
- Keep your password private and do not share your login. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- Company administrators decide who in their company has access and what each person can see and do.
- Tell us straight away if you think your account has been used without your permission.
Your records
The records you enter remain yours. You are responsible for their accuracy, and for the statements and payments you make to your own farm owners. Risglow records returns and produces statements; it does not hold, send or guarantee money, and it does not give financial or legal advice.
Fees
Fees are set out on your plan and in any add-ons you take, in naira. Invoices are payable in advance for the period shown. If an account is not paid after the grace period agreed with you, it may be made read-only. We will not delete your data, and you can still export it.
Acceptable use
- Do not try to reach another company's data, interfere with the service or test its security without our written permission.
- Do not upload unlawful content or content you do not have the right to use.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted. We may improve or change features, and will give notice of changes that matter to how you use it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees paid for the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Ending
You may stop using the service at the end of your agreed term. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or an agreement. On request we will help you export your records.
